"After the release of Serum 2, I wanted to create a Serum 2 preset pack. I did some brainstorming and decided that I wanted to create the ultimate cinematic toolkit for Hybrid Cinema. In the end, the pack turned out to be great for a whole lot more than just Hybrid Cinema, and blew all of my very high expectations out of the water. I started years back by releasing Electronic Music, under the artist name, BeatMaster Slim, but over the years got really into composing, sound design, and foley.

I became really fond of the Hybrid Cinema genre and liked how orchestral and synthesized elements blend together. Hans Zimmer does this very well, and is actually a big inspiration for this pack. When designing a layout and vision of what I wanted the pack to be like, I was thinking about what I could do to make this pack really special, and I landed on something no one has ever done before. All of the presets are based off of my biggest composer inspirations, some of which even go back to my childhood. The inspirations for this pack were Hans Zimmer, Danny Elfman, Johann Johannsson, Cliff Martinez, Daft Punk, Harry Gregson-Williams, Clark, and Alan Silvestri.

 

Hans Zimmer and Danny Elfman in particular have been huge inspirations of mine ever since I was a child, and before I even realized I wanted to be an artist and creator. With deep emotional roots, I was able to create something amazing that not only resonates with me, but will resonate with many other people as well. I believe that artists create their best work, when the passion runs deep for the creation, because you can feel all of the emotion in the art. In this case, you can hear raw, pure emotion in every sound, making this pack stand out from the rest. The goal of CineScape was to create something that is an absolute cinematic powerhouse at your fingertips that can make every production cinematic. 

 

What’s great about this pack, is that it’s not only great for composing, but for music production, sound design, and countless music genres, such as Phonk, EDM, Lofi, and even Pop. It all depends on how you use it, but the possibilities are endless. Through the use of custom macros, intuitive naming, conveniently labeled presets, and emotive and evolving sounds, CineScape offers instant creativity.
